I started in my teens, not out of interest but out of necessity. Each one of us has struggles, and mine started at a young age. Those struggles led me to start searching for answers about who “I” was.
Over time, I found a variety of tools that helped, many from Eastern philosophy and Western psychology. Through working with these tools, I discovered that we have a tremendous ability to create lasting change at the deepest levels, reduce suffering, accept ourselves without fear or distortion, and uncover more of what is objectively true.
This entire process is what I define as self-inquiry. Now, in my fourth decade of this inner work, I’ve realized this has become, and continues to be, my life’s work. As I continue this journey of awareness, I share what I’ve learned and create tools for anyone struggling, searching, or quietly trying to evolve. I talk about how I use these tools, what I’ve learned from them, and my past personal struggles involving mental health and personal growth.
